Participation Charges
a. Indoor space
Shell Scheme (min space 9sqm) - € 220 per sqm Each 9 sqm stand is equipped with the following :
- surrounding partitions.
- carpeting.
- fascia with the company name.
- 3 spotlights.
- 1 table.
- 2 chairs.
- electricity outlet (5amp/220v single phase).
- 1 waste paper basket.
Stand Space only (min space 12sqm) - € 180 per sqm Exhibitors can apply for SPACE ONLY, and in this case the exhibitors are responsible for the arrangement and payment of their own Stand Construction.
b. Outdoor - Space only ( Min.18sqm) - € 120 per sqm
Please : The organiser is responsible for the Daily Cleaning Services of the outdoor and indoor areas.
Application for space
- Ensure that you read the exhibition’s terms and conditions before completing and sending the application form.
- The organiser will return a written confirmation for the space reservation. This confirmation will only apply to the participant shown in the application form.
- The application for space signifies the exhibitor’s consent to abide by the Exhibition’s terms and conditions and to pay all fees and charges. 50% of the total charges must be paid on receipt of our confirmation of space reservation. Once this payment has been received by the organiser, a contract between the organiser and the exhibitor becomes effective.
- No part of space allotted to any exhibitor is to be transferred, assigned, sublet or shared with any other exhibitor or with any other person or corporation, without the prior authorisation of the organiser.
- The organiser reserves the right to accept or reject (without reason) any applications for space.
- The organiser will try to ensure that, exhibitors are given their stand space as requested, but reserves the right to:
- Alter or reallocate spaces if it is necessary for the efficient operation of the Exhibition.
- Modify the type of stand construction, position or size of exhibition pavilions, after discussion, bearing in mind that the best interest of the exhibition is the priority.
Exhibits
- Import of any kind of goods to Libya is permitted, with the exception of the goods, which are prohibited in accordance with the laws of the country, in which the categories are stipulated as unauthorized, in accordance with special regulations.
Please : Goods originally produced in Israel are prohibited
- It is not allowed to remove exhibits from the stand during the exhibition period.
- Demonstration of tools and machinery - the organiser’s approval must be obtained for any demonstration of tools and machinery, and it is imperative that the Exhibitor takes all the necessary precautions and measures to ensure absolute safety during demonstrations. If any damage results from these demonstrations to the fair ground, all responsibility will be borne by the exhibitor.
Insurance Coverage
Exhibitors are advised and expected to insure their own goods and personnel against all risks, as well as third parties, against damages caused by their own personnel.
Terms of Payment
- 50% of the total charges must be paid on receipt of our confirmation of space reservation. Once this payment has been received by the organiser, a contract between the organiser and the exhibitor becomes effective.
- The remaining 50% is to be paid, at the latest, two weeks week prior to the Opening of the Exhibition.
- Please ensure that payment of all bank transfer charges is included in your remittance, so that the full amount will be received into the organiser’s account.
- A copy of the money / bank transfer order must be sent to the organiser's address.
Please : Exhibitors are only allowed to participate if 100% payment has been effected.
Withdrawal by Exhibitor
If an exhibitor's withdraws from the exhibition, the following conditions apply :
- Giving at least one month’s notice - a refund of 50% of the total amount of charges is payable.
- Giving less than one month’s notice - no refund will be paid.
Cancellation & Postponement
In the event of a force majeure, or for any reason whatsoever, the organiser shall use his discretion in reimbursing the charges paid, and retaining what is considered reasonable to cover expenses incurred with the exhibition.
Official Catalogue
An official catalogue of the Exhibition will be issued, listing all the exhibitors and a brief précis of their details. Each exhibitor will be given one copy free of charge. However, exhibitors may insert an advertisement in the catalogue, if they so wish.
Publicity and Media
Prior approval of the organiser must be obtained for :
- Distribution of books, films, etc., in the pavilion during the exhibition.
- If the Exhibitor intends to use audio / audio visual equipment to play sound or audio visual recordings and /or relay television transmissions, either by TV, video, record, CD's cassettes or other electronic means.
Safety and Security
Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their exhibits during the exhibition’s visiting hours.
- The organiser takes the same responsibility after closing hours during the period of the exhibition.
- The organiser is authorised to take any security measures necessary.
Damage in Buildings
The exhibitor shall not cause or allow any damage to the exhibition buildings or any part thereof or to any of the fixtures and fittings therein, which are not the property of the exhibitor and shall not alter or interfere with the structure of the exhibition buildings. Any exhibitor in breach of the regulation shall reimburse the organiser in respect of any claim for such damages.
Approval for Stand Construction
- Exhibitors, accordingly, who are arranging their own Stand Construction, must submit a copy of their proposed design at least 30 days before the exhibition’s opening, to ensure the organiser’s approval.
- If an exhibitor does not obtain this approval before commencing his stand construction, the organiser will stop the construction and the exhibitor will be solely responsible for any damages.
- The organiser has the right to make any changes to the proposed design, if he considers it necessary. If this is not acceptable, the organiser has the right to disassemble the construction and charge the exhibitor • accordingly.
- All stand construction and decorations must be completed 48 hours before the opening of the fair.
- Any refuse materials remaining from the construction of stands, should be disposed of appropriately before the exhibition’s opening. If the organiser has to remove any refuse, waste or litter the exhibitor will then be charged accordingly.
Vacation of Stands / Space
No later than 3 days after the termination of the Exhibition, exhibitors are expected to :
- Vacate their stands whether indoor or outdoor.
- Remove exhibits, decorative materials and any other fittings.
- Return the stands to their original state and hand them back to the organiser.
Freight Forwarding, Handling and Customs Clearance
- All goods, exhibits and equipments are entered to the fair under the regulation of temporary import / export.
- Arrangement and payment for transporting goods to & from the exhibition venue are entirely the responsibility of the exhibitor.
- The organiser reserves the right to appoint one or more exclusive contractor(s) to handle the movements of all goods and exhibits in and out of the exhibition venue.
Visa
Complete the Visa Application Form and attach a CLEAR photocopy of your passport, including a copy of the page, which shows your residence visa if you are not a national of that country.

Visa Fees are for :
a) invitation and telex charges : € 70 Per person payable to the organiser. b) Another fee is also payable to the Libyan Consulate in the country of visa issuance.
